Wizz Air’s sizes leave out handles and wheels, and the wheels may add no more than 5 cm.

The free bag

Wizz Air calls its free bag the carry-on bag. It can be a laptop bag, a purse or a small backpack, and it must fit under the seat in front of you. Wheels are allowed on it.

WIZZ Priority and the trolley bag

To bring a second bag on board, add WIZZ Priority to the booking. It allows the trolley bag in the overhead compartment, so you carry two bags in all. Bags can also come in a WIZZ GO or WIZZ PLUS bundle chosen while booking, added later in your WIZZ Account or through the Call Centre, or bought at the airport for a higher fee.

Measuring the 40 x 30 x 20 bag

Measure the body of the bag, not its handles. If it has wheels, check that they add 5 cm or less.

Checked bags

A checked bag is bought at 10, 20, 26 or 32 kg, and each passenger can check up to 6. Bags over their size and weight limits cost extra fees.
